Learn more about our mission and vision: Redwing s Whitepaper on Drone-Enabled Public Health Delivery World Economic Forum Feature Role Summary We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Telugu speaking Medical Operations Lead to ensure successful integration of Redwing s drone delivery services into the public healthcare system in Andhra Pradesh. You will be the backbone of day-to-day medical logistics, working with government health staff, coordinating medical supplies, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will be the key link between drone hubs and healthcare institutions such as PHCs, CHCs, and District Hospitals. This role requires both technical understanding of health systems and hands-on executional capabilities. What You ll Own 1. Medical Supply Chain Coordination Lead district-level implementation of medical workflows including demand capture, order bundling, packaging, and dispatch via drones Ensure timely and accurate coordination with healthcare facilities for delivery planning and scheduling Maintain full traceability and documentation for every medical payload flown 2. Stakeholder and Health System Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between Redwing and district or state health authorities Coordinate with medical officers, pharmacists, ANMs, and cold chain handlers to integrate drone deliveries into daily health logistics Represent Redwing in district health meetings, technical committees, and operational review. 3. Facility and Staff Onboarding Onboard new health facilities to the drone network through workflow alignment and staff training Train government healthcare staff on SOPs for indenting, packaging, and receiving drone deliveries Monitor adoption, address concerns, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols 4. Monitoring and Reporting Track consumption patterns and delivery performance to optimize drone schedules Maintain and submit district-level dashboards, impact metrics, and periodic health supply chain reports Flag and resolve operational bottlenecks in coordination with the flight operations team 5. Community Engagement and Awareness Lead community outreach sessions to build public awareness about drone-enabled healthcare Organize sensitization drives, health camps, and public demonstrations in target areas Document community feedback and work to improve acceptance and participation 6. Training and Capacity Building Support training of field operators, internal teams, and government partners in medical operations SOPs Contribute to developing training material and communication content aligned with local health needs What You ll Bring Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in public health, healthcare logistics, hospital operations, or medical supply chain coordination Technical Competencies: Strong understanding of rural health system operations Ability to read and interpret health data and translate it into operational plans Comfort with digital health platforms and tools (Excel, MIS dashboards, mobile apps) Language: Fluent in Hindi and English, Telugu proficiency is mandatory .
