Create and implement individualized treatment plans for neurological conditions. Interpret diagnostic tests including MRI, CT scans, and EEGs. Diagnose and manage a variety of neurological disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about neurological health and treatment options. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic medical systems. Participate in clinical research and contribute to ongoing studies in neurology. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and medical trainees. Deliver high-quality patient care in a timely manner. Stay updated on advancements in neurology and participate in professional development. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and case discussions. Engage patients in discussions about their health status and treatment progress. Implement evidence-based practices in patient management. Contribute to hospital initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. DM in Neurology or equivalent qualification. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of neurological disorders and treatments. Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Research experience in neurosciences is preferred. Capable of managing a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to educate patients and families effectively. Attention to detail in clinical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and clinical judgment. Familiarity with current trends in neurology and related fields.
