Job Description

As a Medical Device Sales Representative, your role involves identifying, approaching, and engaging pulmonologists, chest physicians, and key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics across Pune City. You will conduct compelling product demonstrations and clinical presentations of the PranNiti device, emphasizing its unique features, clinical benefits, and cost-effectiveness. Developing and executing a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets is crucial. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement teams to drive product adoption and retention is essential for success. Providing hands-on training and after-sales support to ensure optimal device usage and customer satisfaction is also part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and engaging healthcare professionals and decision-makers in hospitals and clinics - Conducting product demonstrations and clinical presentations - Developing and executing a territory sales plan - Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders - Providing hands-on training and after-sales support - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements - Representing the company at medical conferences and industry events - Managing sales documentation, CRM updates, and reporting activities - Addressing customer queries and coordinating with technical teams - Collaborating with internal teams for successful product launches Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred - 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in respiratory or pulmonology segments - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare environment - Strong clinical aptitude and communication skills - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently - Willingness to travel extensively within Pune City and nearby regions - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly desirable Preferred Attributes: - Existing network/contacts among pulmonologists and respiratory care professionals in Pune - Prior experience in product demonstrations and clinical training - Understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical device regulations In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect a competitive base salary with attractive sales incentives and bonuses, travel and communication allowances, health and life insurance, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.,
