Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you&aposll be the driving force behind clinic onboarding, aligner adoption, and market expansion in your city.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with dental clinics and orthodontists
• Promote Clear Castle aligners through presentations, demos, and clinical onboarding
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order-to-delivery operations
• Conduct regular field visits, lead generation, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

*Immediate joiners preferred*

• 15 years of sales experience in dental aligners, orthodontic, or medical device sectors
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Preferred: diploma in dental science, dental, or marketing background
• Prior aligner or orthodontic product experience is a plus
• Build a healthy sales pipeline
• Willingness to travel locally in the assigned region
