Job Description

As a Recruiter at Intuitive, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing challenging and senior-level searches, while also nurturing relationships with senior executives and hiring managers. Your expertise will be essential in developing robust hiring and candidate development strategies, encompassing sourcing initiatives, client management, and offer negotiation. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a talent advisor to Business Leaders, educating Hiring Managers on external market demographics and internal recruiting processes. - Communicate status and progress on open searches effectively. - Provide strategic guidance to leadership on matters related to top talent. - Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting, including continuous company and talent mapping. - Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment/screening. - Contribute to the knowledge base of the group and Intuitive by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools. - Build talent networks and utilize industry sources to maintain a pool of candidates. - Lead client update meetings on active searches. - Conduct and coordinate on-site/online interviews, participate in debriefs, and present/negotiate employment offers. - Exhibit research acumen, creativity, and the ability to learn new tech domains quickly. - Demonstrate superb communication skills to engage senior executives effectively. - Remain self-assured, adaptable, and able to handle confidential searches with senior leaders. - Show a strong desire to learn and work effectively in team environments. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: - 5+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience focusing on passive candidate generation. - 3+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership. - 3+ years of experience with recruiting/sourcing tools like applicant tracking systems and CRMs, preferably SmartRecruiter ATS & Workday. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Strategic thinking with a focus on tactical execution. - Ability to leverage data for decision-making. - Strong results orientation and commitment to superior client service. (Note: This job is full-time with a work schedule of Monday to Friday at the Intuitive office location.),
