Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Medical Device Sales Professional to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling cutting-edge medical equipment, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving business growth in Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across Karnataka.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, gynecologists, and decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competition and customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related discipline (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in medical device or pharma sales (experience in gynecology/surgical equipment is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.
