We are looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our medical coding team. In this role, you will review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for risk adjustment, ensuring full compliance with CMS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for HCC/Risk Adjustment.
• Maintain compliance with CMS and internal coding standards.
• Extract relevant clinical information from patient documentation.
• Participate in audits and apply feedback to enhance accuracy and productivity.
• Collaborate with team leads and QA to resolve coding queries and discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
• Certified or trained medical coders are encouraged to apply.
• CPC, CRC, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Education

Any graduate.

Experience

Prior experience in medical coding is required.
