Media Sales Executive

About Us:

We’re looking for a passionate Media Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client base while driving revenue growth through innovative media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and brands.
• Promote and sell advertising space across various media platforms (digital, print, social, outdoor, etc.).
• Understand clients’ marketing objectives and propose customized media plans to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital marketing) to ensure campaign success.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3 - 10 years of experience in media, advertising, or sales (digital media experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of advertising metrics, media buying, and campaign performance analysis.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
