Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Track and analyze media coverage of the company and its competitors
Create daily or weekly reports and flag any notable mentions or articles for the team
Assist in drafting and editing press releases, media alerts, and other communications
Gather quotes or key points from various departments as needed
Research and maintain a database of relevant journalists, bloggers, and influencers who align with the company's industry and target audience
Assist in pitching stories to media outlets
Draft pitch emails, coordinate with reporters, and follow up on previous outreach efforts
