Role & responsibilities Timely entry of campaign data into Prisma and booking campaigns in alignment with the media plan. Collaborate with Canadian teams to upload and set up digital campaigns within Prisma. Generate campaign release orders (ROs) and monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with objectives. Support the trafficking process by issuing digital trafficking sheets and insertion order release forms. Conduct competitive analysis and reporting as required. Collect creative specifications and coordinate digital trafficking requirements with the Ad Operations team. Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate reconciliation. Maintain and update media flowcharts based on campaign schedules. Demonstrate expertise in campaign setup, including trafficking, targeting, and tracking implementation. Efficiently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring precision and adherence to deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams to gather campaign inputs such as targeting criteria, creative assets, and budget details. Monitor and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure minimal disruption to campaign performance. Track and optimize key campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Assist with ad hoc tasks related to planning and buying operations. Contribute to departmental projects as assigned.
