Media & Corporate Communications - Manager

As a Media & Corporate Communications Manager at Scimplify, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the external communication and brand visibility of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive media and corporate communications strategy in alignment with Scimplify's business objectives. - Managing PR initiatives such as press releases, media interactions, interviews, and coverage opportunities. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and PR agencies. - Drafting and overseeing various communication materials like press releases, speeches, articles, and corporate announcements. - Ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all external communications. - Collaborating with internal teams including leadership, marketing, and HR to showcase key achievements, partnerships, and milestones. - Monitoring and analyzing media coverage to provide insights and reports for the leadership. - Handling crisis communications effectively and delivering timely and transparent external messaging. - Leading initiatives to improve Scimplify's corporate image, thought leadership, and employer branding through earned media. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations, preferably in a B2B or industrial/manufacturing setting. - Strong network and relationships with business and trade media. - Proven track record in managing high-visibility communication projects and crisis situations. - Previous experience working with or overseeing external PR agencies. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and exceptional storytelling skills.,
