Native Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, launch, and manage native advertising campaigns across platforms like

    Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, RevContent

    , etc.
  • Execute

    display ad campaigns

    via

    Google Display Network (GDN)

    or programmatic platforms (DV360, etc.).
  • Write, test, and optimize headlines, descriptions, and thumbnails for high CTR and engagement.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS).
  • Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting segments.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-converting creatives.
  • Track, report, and analyze ad performance using tools like

    Google Analytics, GTM

    , and platform dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in native and display advertising, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Coordinate with other digital teams (paid social, SEO, content) for integrated marketing strategies.

Requirements:


  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing Native Ads and Display Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing performance-based campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience with platforms like

    Taboola, Outbrain, Google Display, Criteo

    , or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets

    .
  • Basic knowledge of

    UTM tracking, pixel setup

    , and

    conversion attribution

    .
  • Ability to write clear, engaging ad copy and work with creative assets.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce campaigns.
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Certification in Google Ads or Native platforms (if available).
