Role Overview: We are seeking a Media Buyer with 0–3 years of experience to manage cost-per-lead (CPL) campaigns with efficient budgeting and performance goals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or strong understanding of running campaigns on Google Ads , Facebook , TikTok , and other media buying channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize CPL-focused campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms. Manage media budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics regularly. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth through data analysis. Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives. Stay up to date with the latest platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and ad formats. What We’re Looking For: 0–3 years of experience in digital media buying (internships/freelance experience welcome). Good knowledge of Google Ads , Facebook Ads , TikTok Ads , and other paid media platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Understanding of CPL campaigns and performance marketing principles. Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to experiment. Nice to Have: Prior experience working in affiliate marketing or search arbitrage. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
