Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the tendering process by gathering documents, preparing checklists, compiling submissions, and following up on queries.
Liaise politely and patiently with municipal bodies, government officials, landlords, and vendors to obtain permissions, renewals, and clearances.
Assist the senior acquisition team in site surveys and location assessments (visibility, footfall, accessibility).
Maintain and update the asset/tender documentation database with clear notes and systematic filing.
Track timelines and reminders for renewals, submission deadlines, and compliance actions.
Travel locally for site visits, meetings, or document submissions as required.
Promptly escalate discrepancies, missing paperwork, or potential issues to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Attributes

Bachelors degree (preferably in commerce, business, or a related field).
1–3 years of work experience.
Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail.
Patient, polite, and confident when interacting with officials and stakeholders.
Good communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Google Drive).
Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
Organized, reliable, and proactive.

Nice to Have

Exposure to tender portals or government tender formats.
Prior experience in documentation, filing, or follow-up work.
