Position summary:-
We are seeking a mechatronics engineer responsible for machine upgradation (mechanical & electrical), Machine assembling and Shop floor machine maintenance. The role involves working with automation systems in house development along with third party developments.Key responsibilities:-Mechanical assembling: - Coordinate with the vendors for the mechanical developments of machine parts for upgradation & automation and assemble the same on the machine.Electrical installation: - Electrical connections should be done by self either by referring the electrical schematics or by preparing the electrical schematics self. Connections include Pneumatic, hydraulic, servo amplifiers, VFD, PLC, PID etc.Hydraulic & pneumatics: - Should do the hydraulic & pneumatic connections on machines during machine upgradation and maintenance.Maintenance & troubleshooting: - Should be involved in the machine trouble shooting and maintenance on shop floor.Skills:-Circuit reading – Electrical, mechanical, pneumaticsProgramming – ladder logicMachine troubleshootingCandidate profile: -*Diploma in mechatronics*1-2 year’s hands on experience on shop floor machine maintenance *Knowledge on PLC programming (Mitsubishi,delta,siemens) is an added advantage Package:-4-4.5L/annumNotice period: Immediately joiner Location:Vapi,Bhilad(Gujarat)Interested Candidates kindly share there CV email id:nttf.vapi@eplglobal.com
