Role Overview: As a hands-on Mechatronics Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the assembly of clean-tech hardware products. Your strong understanding of electronics, electrical components, and basic mechanical assembly will be crucial in solving day-to-day operational challenges on the shopfloor. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day assembly activities and line workers - Troubleshoot wiring, circuit, and hardware-related issues during production - Ensure all units pass functional and quality checks before packaging - Work closely with the founder for process improvements and production planning - Maintain tools, spares, and repair logs - Coordinate with vendors for parts and components, when needed Qualifications Required: - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering - 3 years of experience in production/assembly or hardware startups preferred - Strong grasp of circuit basics, wiring, sensors, and basic mechanical assembly - Comfortable working with small tools and managing blue-collar staff - Reliable, self-driven, and open to learning in a startup environment,
