Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in Khopoli, your role involves the repair and maintenance of various equipment such as diesel and oil burners, vacuum pumps, gear pumps, and gear motors. With a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, you are expected to demonstrate quick installation and mounting skills for gear assemblies, bearings, and mechanical seals. - Troubleshoot temperature and pressure sensors - Conduct routine inspections - Perform root cause analysis for mechanical failures - Support in the commissioning of new mechanical systems - Maintain inventory for critical spares - Document maintenance logs and repair records To excel in this role, you should possess welding experience, familiarity with PLCs, HMI systems, and ladder logic programming, and knowledge of procurement in the Khopoli-Taloja-Dombivli-Thane area. Strong communication skills, proactive teamwork, and willingness to work extended hours during onboarding are essential soft skills required.
