Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Execution:Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and utility systems like boilers, air compressors, and purified water systems.
• Equipment Support:Ensure the smooth operation of production equipment such as tablet presses, mixers, dryers, and packaging machines.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical issues, employing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation:Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and technical reports to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Safety & Compliance:Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations to maintain a compliant production environment.
• Collaboration:Work with engineering and production teams on implementing corrective actions, system upgrades, and new equipment installations.
• Technical Support:Provide technical guidance on equipment operation and maintenance best practices to operators and other team members.
• Reading Schematics:Interpret and apply mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and technical manuals to guide maintenance activities.
