Job Description

Mechanical Machine Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
custom machines
, tools, and mechanical systems from concept through production.
Create detailed
CAD models and drawings
using software such as Inventor, NX or SolidWorks.
Select appropriate materials, mechanical components (e.g., bearings, actuators), and manufacturing processes.
Prepare and review
Bill of Materials (BOMs)
and technical documentation.
Work closely with
electrical engineers, controls engineers, fabricators, and machinists
.
Support the
assembly and testing
of machines during the prototyping and production phases.
Evaluate and troubleshoot design issues, propose solutions, and implement design improvements.
Ensure compliance with
industry standards
and
safety regulations
(e.g., ISO, ANSI, CE).
Manage multiple projects while meeting
cost, quality, and schedule
goals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or related field.
[2-4+] years of experience in
machine or equipment design
.
Proficient in
3D CAD software
( Inventor, NX, Solid works, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SPM, Packaging machine, etc.
Familiarity with
manufacturing processes
such as machining, sheet metal, and welding.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret
engineering drawings and specifications
.
Good communication and teamwork skills
