Mechanical Incharge

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering (minimum)

Experience: 7+ years (Cast House experience mandatory)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical maintenance of Cast House (CH1) equipment.
• Plan & execute preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor equipment health, analyze failures & implement improvements.
• Coordinate with operations & production to ensure smooth running.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety & statutory norms.
• Manage spares inventory, manpower & maintenance schedules.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cast house mechanical systems (launders, tilting runners, tapping mechanisms, cooling systems, cranes, pumps, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise in O&M, condition monitoring & reliability engineering.
• eadership, prolem-solving & team management skills.
• familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
