Department- Operations & Maintenance

Qualification- B.TECH/B.E. in mechanical engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the steel sector (preferred) or heavy engineering / process industries.

• Proven track record in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of mechanical equipment, utilities, and plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation and maintenance activities of the plant to ensure maximum uptime, efficiency, and safety.

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for equipment.

• Monitor plant performance, analyze downtime, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems & steel plant equipment.

• Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS/ERP).

• Leadership & team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of ISO standards, statutory compliance & safety norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
