Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal Mechanical Department to develop & implement
Preventive, Predictive & Corrective Maintenance
plans.
Hands-on experience with
Fans, Blowers, Conveyors, Overhead Cranes, Furnaces
, and
machine alignment
.
Lead a team of technicians:
hiring, training, task assignment
, and
performance evaluation
.
Manage maintenance
budget
and ensure optimal
cost control
and
resource utilization
.
Track and improve
KPIs
such as equipment downtime, reliability, and maintenance costs.
Conduct
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and implement effective corrective measures.
Ensure
safety compliance
, including permits and SOPs, especially in acid-handling operations.
Plan and manage vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective service.
Train the team on latest technologies, safety practices, and maintenance methods.
Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders for seamless operations.

Candidate Profile:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Chemical Engineering
12–15 years (B.E.) of relevant maintenance experience in
non-ferrous or similar heavy industry
.
Strong leadership skills with hands-on technical knowledge.
Proven track record in
equipment maintenance
,
team management
, and
safety compliance
.
