Key Responsibilities:

Skills

In-depth knowledge of mechanical plant and machinery, including construction equipment, cranes, heavy-duty vehicles, and material handling machinery.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, repair techniques, and machinery diagnostics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Solid understanding of construction project timelines, budget management, and operational logistics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to construction machinery and equipment.
Proficient in project management software and plant maintenance management systems (eg., SAP, Fleet Management Systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
