Role & responsibilities Support the mechanical engineering activities for FEED and detailed design phases for Static, Rotary , Packages and General Mechanical Equipment related to the Urea and Ammonia Green Field Projects. Perform mechanical design calculations, prepare equipment datasheets, specifications, and technical evaluations. Review and approve vendor documentation for mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, electrical, instrumentation, civil, etc.) to ensure integrated design solutions for the plant. Support the development of piping layouts, material selection, stress analysis, and preparation of pipe supports, hangers, and brackets. Ensure the safe and effective operation of rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.), including specification, selection, and maintenance planning. Perform site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design requirements and resolve any issues during construction and commissioning. Assist with the preparation of project schedules and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of mechanical engineering tasks. Provide technical support to the procurement team during the selection of mechanical equipment and materials. Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting for mechanical systems, ensuring long-term reliability and performance. Ensure compliance with all applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
