Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes, machinery, and tools. They will also oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with project specifications. Additional tasks include conducting equipment maintenance and implementing cost-effective solutions for existing systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Design, CAD software, and technical drawing interpretation
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and tools specific to jewelry production
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and improving processes
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
