Job Description

Position: Mechanical Engineer
Industry: Fabrication / Manufacturing
Location: Sahibabad Industrial Area

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret mechanical drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks or other software) and implement them in production.
Prepare fabrication drawings and provide clear instructions to the shop floor team.
Effectively handle manpower and ensure production activities are completed as per schedule.
Monitor material requirements, cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing operations.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
Maintain production reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Fabrication background preferred).
2 years of experience in the Fabrication / Manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in reading and preparing mechanical drawings.
Strong team handling and manpower management skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of fabrication processes (Cutting, Welding, Bending, Assembly, etc.)
Mechanical Drawing & Drafting (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Production Planning & Supervision
Manpower Handling & Leadership
Quality & Safety Awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
