About the Role

Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed
3D models
of automotive components (engine, transmission, chassis, body parts) using Creo.
Build module-level and system-level assemblies in Creo.
Enhance designs for manufacturability and performance using Creo Behavioral Modeling.
Develop
concept designs
based on customer/project requirements.
Perform
FEA/CFD simulations
for stress, thermal, and dynamic analysis.
Design
sheet metal, die-cast, and freeform surface
components.
Prepare detailed
2D drawings
, GD&T, and manufacturing documentation.

Required Skills

Proficiency in
Creo, Pro E, CATIA
Strong knowledge of
Plastic Component Design
Product Design & Development (design calculations, DOE, GD&T, stack-up analysis)
Experience in
DFMEA, DFA, DFM
, sheet metal, and die casting
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
