Mechanical Design Engineer

𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development and optimization of mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product design—from concept development to 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, and final design implementation. Roles & Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end mechanical design process, from concept generation and 3D modeling to prototyping and final product optimization. This role requires expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo, strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes (including injection molding and 2-shot molding), and experience in designing for IP-rated enclosures. Familiarity with DFM/DFA principles, thermal and structural analysis, and compliance with industry standards is essential. Experience in Fusion 360, enclosure design for handheld/portable industrial devices, and knowledge of explosion-proof and intrinsic safety standards (ATEX, IECEx). Must be skilled in IP-rated sealing, gasket design, overmolding, and 2-shot injection molding for plastic enclosures. Notice period : Immediate to 15 Days Location : Bangalore
