Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models for

  plastic injection molded parts

  using

  Catia V5 (R24)

• Design components using

  constrained sketches

  ,

  Boolean operations

  , and

  inner/outer methodology

• Work within product structures utilizing

  multi-skeleton methodology

• Execute

  detailed HVAC component design

  in accordance with

  Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

  and

  Design for Assembly (DFA)

  principles
• Prepare

  technical proposals

  and participate in technical presentations
• Create

  detailed drawings

  with

  GD&T

  , considering manufacturing processes and measurement techniques
• Conduct

  tolerance stack-up analysis

  for critical components
• Perform

  self-checks

  of designs to eliminate CAD quality, DFM, and DFA issues
• Investigate

  vehicle packaging

  constraints and modify concepts accordingly
• Manage data effectively in

  Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of assigned tasks
