At Inspire Design, we turn ideas into real products — primarily in the healthcare space, across industrial automation, plastic housings, and mechatronic systems. Our work involves design, prototyping, and supporting manufacturing for innovators, startups, and hospitals across India.

We’re looking for a Entry-Level Mechanical Design Engineer who’s technically strong, highly adaptable, and eager to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize new products and their mechanisms
• Model 3D parts and assemblies in SolidWorks
• Create 2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances and GD&T
• Design plastic enclosures, mechanical assemblies, and industrial mechanisms
• Work across product types — from compact medical devices to larger mechatronic machines
• Collaborate on prototyping (DFM), BOMs, vendor discussions, and iterative design updates
• Learn new technologies or processes as needed (we'll support, but expect self-learning too)

What We’re Looking For

• BTech/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong CAD modeling and drafting skills
• Good understanding of:
• Plastic part design (snap fits, wall thicknesses, DFM)
• Machine elements (shafts, bearings, linkages)
• Comfortable shifting between medical, consumer, and industrial projects
• Fast learner who’s not afraid to dive into unfamiliar technologies or mechanisms
• Responsible and consistent — you follow through on deadlines
• Bonus: Experience with 3D printing, CNC, sheet metal, or electronics integration

Pay: ₹11,987.69 - ₹40,000.00 per month
