We are looking for a skilled Mechanical AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare detailed mechanical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD software. The candidate will work closely with design engineers and project teams to develop accurate fabrication, assembly, and general arrangement drawings as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD. Develop fabrication, assembly, GA (General Arrangement), and layout drawings . Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data. Revise drawings based on engineer/client comments . Maintain drawing standards, formats, and revision control. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams. Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications . Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) when required. Support manufacturing and site teams with drawing clarifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D) . Good understanding of mechanical components, fabrication, and welding drawings . Knowledge of cement plant / power plant / industrial equipment drawings (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Software Skills: AutoCAD (mandatory) MS Office (basic knowledge) Knowledge of SolidWorks / Inventor is an added advantage.
