•Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
•working experience in mechanical design, Analysis, and prototype
validation from the electro mechanical/ automotive (ADAS) field
•Highlevel proficiency in CAD Tools (Preferable Creo Tool) for Concept
creation, design, and modeling.
•Good understanding of manufacturing process (Die casting, plastic
Injection molding,sheet metal, CNC, overolding & prototyping (VC & 3D
printing)
•Skilled in GD&T, Tolerance stack-up analysis, DFM, DFA, and DFMEA
•Working experience in the design and development of Plastic, die
casting, and sheet metal components/assemblies.
•Exposure in simulation (Thermal, structural, and Moldflow) and IATF
requirement.
•Hand-n experience in PDM, ECN, PCN, prototype validation, and vendor
management.
•Knowledge of metrological instruments used to measure parts against design with GD&T.
