Qualification -B.E/ B.Tech -Mechanical

Experience - Min 1-2 years internship in heat treatment process, operating vacuum furnaces, preferably in cutting tools, metallurgy, sintering, or brazing

Salary - Upto 18k CTC

Location - Jaipur (Sitapura)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Trainee), candidate will operate and oversee vacuum furnaces used for sintering, brazing, or hardening diamond tools. His focus will span furnace operation, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, and continuous process improvements..

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation

o Set up, load/unload, and operate vacuum furnaces (e.g., for vacuum hardening, brazing, sintering) consistent

o Monitor and control furnace processes such as temperature, vacuum pressure, inert gas quenching, and cycle timing in accordance with specified tool manufacturing protocols

• Process Quality & Documentation

o Ensure treated tools meet dimensional, hardness, and metallurgical standards. Document all key parameters per batch, maintaining traceability and compliance with quality standards

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting

o Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance on pumps, heaters, sensors, quench systems, and control interfaces. Proactively troubleshoot deviations in vacuum integrity or thermal performance

• Safety & Compliance

o Follow safety procedures for handling high temperatures, vacuum systems, and inert/quench gases. Use appropriate PPE and comply with safety standards

• Process Innovation & Optimization

o Process improvements—cycle time reductions, energy efficiency, tool quality enhancements, waste reduction. Contribute ideas drawn from metallurgical insights and data analysis
