Job Accountabilities: • Lead the development and implementation of an overarching IT initiative across disciplines in line with internal goals and industry standards Project manage complex organizational-wide IT projects responsible for achieving the successful delivery of key transformation objectives Draws upon organizational resources, industry research, DTO and other industry leading standards, including data governance standards, and customer trends to prioritize improvements Work collaboratively with others to implement and accept change in work systems or processes, and to better understand opportunities for IT application and embrace these opportunities Identify opportunities and initiate action to improve systems and processes to achieve digital best practice standards, and to actively transition such services to digital first solutions Accountable for the effective resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements. Responsible for working with the BTIS Change Board to coordinate requests for estimation and resourcing for projects which are linked to/impact digital Responsible to deliver the annual IT team's delivery calendar, Roadmap and OGSM Work with IT Operations team to regularly monitor and review site performance against SLAs • Ensure best practices and processes across the IT digital team for the consistent delivery of IT projects. • Responsible for Delivery reporting to IT Management Leaders, Product Owners and key stakeholders. Manage relationships with third party digital delivery partners (wherever applicable), focusing on performance management against agreed SLA's and KPIs Requirement: • B. Tech/BE with 15 20 years’ experience. • Operational Efficiency - Measures the effectiveness of processes and the ability to deliver services with minimal waste. • Cost Savings - Tracks the financial benefits achieved through the GCC’s technical operations. • Talent Retention and Development - Evaluates the ability to retain and develop skilled employees within the GCC. • Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Measures the GCC's contribution to innovation and process improvements. • Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction - Assesses the quality of services provided and the satisfaction of internal and external customers. • Project Delivery and Success Rate - Tracks the success rate of projects managed by the GCC, including on-time and within-budget delivery. • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing - Measures the effectiveness of collaboration within the GCC and with other parts of the organization. • Technology Adoption and Utilization - Assesses the adoption and effective use of new technologies within the GC
