Tech/BE with 15 20 years’ experience. • Operational Efficiency - Measures the effectiveness of processes and the ability to deliver services with minimal waste. • Cost Savings - Tracks the financial benefits achieved through the GCC’s technical operations. • Talent Retention and Development - Evaluates the ability to retain and develop skilled employees within the GCC. • Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Measures the GCC's contribution to innovation and process improvements. • Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction - Assesses the quality of services provided and the satisfaction of internal and external customers. • Project Delivery and Success Rate - Tracks the success rate of projects managed by the GCC, including on-time and within-budget delivery. • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing - Measures the effectiveness of collaboration within the GCC and with other parts of the organization. • Technology Adoption and Utilization - Assesses the adoption and effective use of new technologies within the GC
