MDM Solution Architect Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager in Master Data Management Solution Architecture at EY, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Supply Chain group of the EY GDS consulting team. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and identify business requirements and translate them into functional requirements and acceptance criteria. - Align technical and business stakeholders with excellent soft skills. - Take ownership of projects to ensure timely delivery and scalable solutions. - Proactively adopt a solution-oriented mindset and be ready to learn new technologies for client requirements. - Plan and coordinate MDM project implementations to ensure timely completion within budget. Qualifications Required: - Experience with designing and implementing the overall MDM architecture and interfaces, including critical data integration, data modeling, and data migration for both customer data and enterprise data. - Strong knowledge of product and customer master data design as per TM Forum standards. - Expertise in data handling to resolve data issues. - Eagerness to learn advanced technologies, new product updates, and train other team members. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in interacting with customers to understand business requirement documents and translate them into BI specifications and design documents.
