Job Description

MDM Engineer Job Title: MDM Ops Analyst Location: Job Description The MDM Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing master data across various systems and processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity, developing and implementing data management strategies, and supporting business initiatives through effective data governance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement master data management processes and standards. Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify data quality issues and drive improvements. Manage data integration and ensure consistency across multiple systems. Develop data governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance. Monitor and report on data quality metrics. Provide support and training to users on data management best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in data management or data governance roles. Strong understanding of MDM tools and technologies. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
