Description
Lead the migration of Group Policies (GPOs) to Microsoft Intune, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to end-users . (Must have) Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, and configurations for endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Collaborate with Danaher s Operating companies Endpoint teams to assess existing Group Policies and develop a migration strategy aligned with organizational goals. Configure and manage Conditional Access, Autopilot, Co-Management, and other Intune features to optimize device management and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Intune configurations, device compliance, and application deployment. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Intune features, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Document processes, configurations, and migration plans to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance. Work closely with security teams to ensure Intune configurations meet organizational security and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Must-Have: Proven experience migrating Group Policies (GPOs) to Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment. 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including policy management, application deployment, and endpoint security. Strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, and Conditional Access policies. Experience with Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for multi-platform environments. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
