Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated MD Microbiologist to join our hospital’s diagnostic and infection control team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiological analysis and infection prevention practices within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and reporting of microbiological investigations
• Oversight of culture sensitivity testing, blood cultures, and serological tests
• Participation in Infection Control activities and antimicrobial stewardship programs
• Coordination with clinicians for timely and accurate reporting
• NABL/NABH compliance and documentation support
• Management of laboratory quality control procedures
• Mentoring and training junior lab personnel and technicians

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBBS + MD in Microbiology (MCI/NMC recognized)
• Valid medical registration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to diagnostic accuracy and infection control

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
