• Lead pre-operative patient evaluations and plan anesthesia protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and maintaining optimal vital signs.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Manage and maintain anesthesia equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide perioperative pain management and oversee recovery protocols.
• Mentor junior medical staff and residents, promoting best practices and continuous professional development in anesthesia care.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: MD, DNB, or DA in Anaesthesia with valid medical registration and a strong track record in anesthesia administration.
• Must-Have: Proven expertise in patient evaluation, airway management, and emergency response within high-pressure clinical settings.
• Must-Have: At least 5 years of hands-on clinical experience working in operative and critical care environments.
• Preferred: Experience in advanced regional anesthesia techniques and perioperative pain management strategies.
• Preferred: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to mentoring and team building.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the latest advancements in anesthesiology protocols and patient safety innovations.
