Join us on our quest to make every meal and moment better.Executive – Quality Assurance (RM/PM Analyst)To ensure all the Raw material and Packaging Material is being purchased as per the McCormick specification.Key Role & ResponsibilityEnsure compliance to RM and PM specificationChecking of all the RM and PM as per the McCormick Kohinoor SpecificationsMonitoring FEFO/FIFO complianceParticipate in Proficiency testingEnsure Hygiene & GMP standard in all the stores- Warehouses;Monitoring of the hygiene of all the storesEnsure expired/rejected items are being stored separatelyEnsure stocks are having all the information , properly labelled.Preparation of RM , PM And FG SpecificationsManage Supplier related Documentation & Approved vendor ListLead Pest control Management at Site and related complianceAssist in developing HACCP plans.Assisting in Hazard Analysis of RM and PMPerforming vulnerability assessmentCreate awareness among workers w.r.t Allergens, FEFO/FIFOProvide individual or group training to production employees on Allergen Handling, FEFO/FIFO compliance , Ensure that all personel of Stores are trained on GMP for warehouses & comply to Hygiene & GMPStock rotation- Shelf life expiry reportingTo have an active role in the company’s continuous improvement planEducation & ExperienceB.Sc/ MSc/ B Tech/ M. Tech with Minimum 1-3 year experience in a related field.Our ambitions are bold.
