• Provide round-the-clock obstetric and gynaecological emergency coverage during designated night shifts.
• Conduct initial patient assessment, stabilisation, and formulation of care plans in collaboration with senior consultants.
• Perform routine ward rounds, monitor vital signs, and update treatment orders for in-patients.
• Assist in labour room management, normal deliveries, and basic operative procedures as required.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation, consent forms, and electronic health record updates.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and ancillary departments to guarantee timely diagnostics and interventions.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: MBBS degree recognised by NMC and valid Delhi Medical Council registration.
• Must-Have: 1+ year clinical experience in obstetrics or gynaecology wards.
• Must-Have: Proficiency in emergency obstetric care, neonatal resuscitation, and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Preferred: Prior RMO experience in a 24x7 hospital setting.
• Preferred: Familiarity with hospital information systems and EMR.
• Preferred: Ability to communicate clearly in Hindi & English with patients and staff.
