Position Summary

MBA Finance Freshers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loan processing, documentation, and verification
• Support financial analysis and basic MIS reporting
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and collection teams
• Maintain records related to disbursement, repayment, and customer data
• Assist in reconciliation of accounts and financial data
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines
• Perform other finance and back-office related tasks as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in Finance (Freshers only)
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and banking concepts
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office (basic to intermediate level)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the NBFC domain

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of financial statements
• Understanding of loans, EMI calculations, and interest concepts
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
