Duties

• Assist with data entry and analysis using various financial software platforms to support ongoing projects
• Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review
• Participate in team meetings, taking notes and contributing ideas to improve workflows
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and relevant financial information
• Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication among team members
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and data accuracy
• Learn about financial processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives under supervision

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to finance, business administration, or a similar field
• Strong interest in finance and technology tools such as financial software applications
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred
• Previous experience with financial software is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges
