Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA interns who are eager to explore the fast-evolving media business ecosystem. You will support strategy, market research, brand partnerships, content analytics, and product innovation across all Heronex media verticals. You will work closely with the founding team and contribute to real business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights for digital media growth.
• Assist in revenue strategy, business development, and client outreach.
• Support PR, advertising, and sponsorship projects for brands.
• Analyze digital content performance across platforms and provide insights.
• Contribute to production planning for Upro Originals and StraightX.
• Support new product initiatives like subscription models and events.
• Assist in campaign execution, reporting, and partnership documentation.
• Prepare business presentations, strategic reports, and investor decks.

• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Creativity in brand communication & marketing
• Understanding of digital media trends (news, entertainment, social)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Eligibility

• Pursuing MBA (Marketing, Media Management, Digital Business, Strategy or related fields)
• Freshers with strong interest in media entrepreneurship encouraged to apply
• Stipend: 1st Month – Unpaid | Performance-based stipend from 2nd month onward
