Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand our software products in-depth (CivicTech / GovTech / Enterprise Software).
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client research, and pre-sales activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation.
• Participate in product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (QA, Development, Support) for smooth client communication.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach activities for software promotions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client interaction.
• Basic understanding of software products or willingness to learn.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow.

Eligibility

• MBA Fresher (Marketing / Sales / IT / Business Management) –

  2024/2025 passouts preferred

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Work from the Office is mandatory
