About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Intern to join our Software Sales team under our structured TIE Program . This role is designed to train fresh graduates in real-world sales processes, provide hands-on experience, and offer a pathway to full-time employment based on performance. Key Responsibilities Learn and understand our software products in-depth (CivicTech / GovTech / Enterprise Software). Support the sales team in lead generation, client research, and pre-sales activities. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation. Participate in product demonstrations and client meetings. Follow up with potential leads and maintain CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams (QA, Development, Support) for smooth client communication. Contribute to marketing and outreach activities for software promotions. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interest in sales, business development, and client interaction. Basic understanding of software products or willingness to learn. Good presentation and documentation skills. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow. Eligibility MBA Fresher (Marketing / Sales / IT / Business Management) – 2024/2025 passouts preferred . No prior experience required; training will be provided.
