Your role will involve delving into a country's corporation act or a company's by-law to enforce custodian disclosure. You will collaborate with global Client Relations teams to track and monitor agency agreements, preparing quarterly scheduled reports. Your responsibilities will also include preparing schedules of analysis accurately and promptly, liaising with third parties for timely responses, reviewing the quality of disclosure responses, and addressing third-party queries effectively. You will be tasked with ensuring third-party contact data remains updated in the database and evaluating data collection procedures regularly for optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Delve into a country's corporation act or a company's by-law for custodian disclosure enforcement. - Collaborate with global Client Relations teams to track and monitor agency agreements. - Prepare schedules of analysis accurately and in a timely manner. - Liaise with third parties for timely and precise responses. - Review and process disclosure responses efficiently. - Address third-party queries promptly and accurately. - Maintain updated third-party contact data in the database. - Evaluate data collection procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency. - Assist in refining team processes for workflow and operational effectiveness enhancement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. - Minimum 18 months of experience in research or data analysis. - Interest in financial markets and operations. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and initiative. - Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. - Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and problem-solving. - Basic proficiency in Excel for managing and processing financial data. - Team player with leadership abilities and adaptability to evolving business needs.,
