About the Role

We are looking for an MBA graduate (0–3 years of experience) to support us in business research, financial analysis, and process improvement.

This role is about finding problems in businesses, preparing reports, and creating systems that help improve efficiency, cash flow, and decision-making. You will work directly with management and coordinate with the technical team to turn research into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research industries, companies, and financial trends.
• Prepare cash flow, working capital, and business performance reports.
• Study client problems and prepare simple checklists, reports, and suggestions.
• Support in building business systems, templates, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with the developer/tech team for automation or reporting needs.
• Create presentations and documentation for management and clients.

Skills Needed

• MBA (Finance / Operations / Strategy).
• 0–3 years of experience in research, consulting, audit, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and business processes.
• Good research, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in consulting and business analysis.
