Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and implement customMaximoapplications, integrations, and workflows usingMaximo's APIs and scripting languages (e.g., Java, SQL, Jython).
Develop and maintainMaximocustomizations, including application configuration, data migration, and report generation.
Troubleshoot and resolveMaximoapplication issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, analysts, and other developers.
Adhere to established coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience
inMaximoapplication development and administration.
Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and at least oneMaximoscripting language (Jython preferred).
Experience withMaximointegrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Experience withMaximoobject structures, data models, and workflows.
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with specificMaximomodules (e.g., Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory Management) is a plus.
